Each week we feature unique plates designed and curated by our Executive Chef Andrew Platt. Our chef sources local produce and sustainable products for our menu. Chef Andrew Platt, "The Chattacuban" is a Miami native of Cuban and American decent is no stranger to the culinary world. His experience has crisscrossed the gambit, fast casual to 3 Michelin star. His experience makes him a vital asset to any team. Apart from a well-seasoned chef he is an accomplished Sommelier. His food style can be only described as “eclectic”, he pairs flavors, textures, smells and odd items creating a unique gastronomic experience. He is no stranger to public lime light as he as appeared on multiple national, local and regional TV shows sharing his passion with everyone around. Chef Platt wears many hats not only serving as the Executive Chef and General Manager of Ceniza, but also as the Corporate Chef for RocBeach Hospitality. RocBeach Hospitality owns and operates Ceniza, C-Lounge, Embargo 62, Red Sauce and many more to come.
